COO Risk Analyst - City of London

The Role

 
Day-to-day management of the COO Risk Management Framework and the COO Key Control Framework, including:
•             Maintaining the COO Risk Register and oversight of the risk profile for the COO Department
•             Driving improvements to the COO risk management capability
•             Supporting stakeholders within the function to identify, assess, respond to, and report on COO risk
•             Creation of appropriate risk reporting, to facilitate risk and control discussion, and inform risk-based decision making
•             Delivering both light-touch and deep-dive COO risk assessments
•             Working with COO SMEs to oversee and coordinate the COO Risk and Control Self-Assessment process
•             Continuous review and assessment of the impact of transformational change on the COO control environment
•             Fostering a risk aware culture within the COO Department ensuring adequate training and risk expertise is provided across their operations
•             Working with COO SMEs to oversee, coordinate maintenance of the COO key control framework
•             Performing key control testing and assurance reviews
•             Supporting the function with the internal/external audit process, ensuring all audit issues are appropriate, assigned correctly and addressed in a timely manner
•             Supporting the achievement of external accreditation
 
Person Specification
 
Qualifications: Academic/ Professional/ Regulatory:
•             Must have technical / professional qualifications: CISA, CGEIT, CRISC, CRMA, CCSA or equivalent is expected
