Ron Arbel, co-founder, CEO
A Forbes 30 Under 30 recipient, Ron Arbel is already on his second entrepreneurial venture. Before founding Aryon Security, he was a partner and COO at Cyberilium, where he led the company's business operations. He was responsible for connecting the product to customers, driving growth, and ultimately leading the acquisition process. In August 2023, Cyberilium’s fl agship product was successfully acquired by CYE.
Beyond his work in the companies he built, Ron has always thought outside the box. One of the projects he is most proud of is the Matzov Entrepreneurship Forum, which he co-founded. Over time, what started as a vision became a thriving platform where entrepreneurs can connect, learn from experienced professionals and access new opportunities.

During his service at the Israeli Prime Minister's Office (Major equivalent), Naor led cybersecurity operations defending national critical infrastructure and directed incident response for high-stakes security events. His foundation in elite intelligence unit 8200 as a Security and Network Researcher shapes his approach to anticipating and neutralizing emerging threats.
