Topic for this evening

AI tools like Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, and Lovable are rapidly transforming how engineering and business teams build, automate, and innovate - yet many organizations still default to blocking them due to security concerns.

This evening, we’ll explore the modern CISO’s dilemma: how to enable AI-driven productivity without losing control. We’ll discuss the new risks introduced by AI builders, why traditional security approaches fall short, and what a practical, enforceable framework for AI workspace security looks like. Join us to learn how security teams can move from “no” to a confident, controlled “YES.”

About our speakers

Tal Ofer Regev – CPO & Co-founder
Tal has more than 20 years of experience leading engineering and product organizations in global technology and cybersecurity companies. Most recently, he served as VP Engineering at Palo Alto Networks following the acquisition of Bridgecrew, where he was also VP Engineering. Earlier roles include Director of Engineering and Product Manager at WalkMe. Tal started his career as an Engineering Team Lead in Unit 8200. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Economics and an MBA with a specialization in Management of Technology, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship.

Tal Ofer Regev – “Still saying no to AI tools because of security risks? There’s a better way”
Building on the evening’s theme, Tal will unpack why blanket bans on AI builders like Claude Code, Cursor, n8n, and Lovable leave organizations both exposed and behind - and why traditional controls were never designed for a workforce that now builds apps, workflows, and agents on its endpoints. He’ll lay out a practical, enforceable approach to AI workspace security: gaining visibility into what’s being used and created, assessing the real risk, and automatically enforcing real-time guardrails - so security teams can move from a reflexive “no” to a confident, controlled “YES.”
